Circle H Orchards
Located in Fair Oaks Ranch, Don and Faye Hagans have 15 acres of 250 pecan trees, and eight different pecan varieties, which are the thin-shelled American Indian named varieties. They also offer walnuts and almonds. The pecan oil they sell is a very healthy cooking oil with a saturated fat level that is 30% lower than olive oil. The South Texas honey comes from hives located just southwest of San Antonio and is a Huajilla ("Wa-he-a") and Clover mixture.
Circle H Orchards' peach products come from the Fredericksburg, Texas peaches. And, during the holidays, they offer some great gift ideas.

They are great for snacking and make wonderful gifts for any occasion. She also makes a delicious variety of petite, homemade tea breads that will surely compliment a warm cup of coffee or tea.

Edelen Farm
Greg and Lauren Edelen raise grass-fed beef and natural chickens on their farm in Alice, Texas. Avoiding the use of chemicals is more expensive and labor intensive, however, they feel it is important to have meat that is free of the synthetic chemicals that jeopardize both our health and our environment. They are pleased to give you the opportunity to enjoy the delicious meat and farm fresh eggs they have enjoyed in their household for years.
