Vendors
Circle H Orchards
Located in Fair Oaks Ranch, Don and Faye Hagans have 15 acres of 250 pecan trees and eight different pecan varieties, which are the thin-shelled American Indian named varieties. He sells pecans and vegetables as well as a variety of canned products. They also offer walnuts and almonds. The pecan oil they sell is a very healthy cooking oil with a saturated fat level 30% lower than olive oil. And the South Texas honey comes from hives located just southwest of San Antonio and is a Huajilla ("wa-he-a") and Clover mixture.
Circle H Orchards' peach products come from the Fredericksburg, Texas peaches.

Cowgirl Granola
This all-natural, small batch granola is handcrafted by Heather Hunter in San Antonio. Made with only 12 ingredients,

The Original blend features organic raisins, the Cranberry blend has dried cranberries and the Orange-Cranberry features a tart-yet-sweet orange-flavored cranberry. Be sure and inquire about the seasonal, limited-edition blends. And the gluten-free Organic Blue Cornmeal Pancake Mix is good for you, easy to make and delicious.
